Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using WhatsAppVendors.lk (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. What WhatsAppVendors.lk is

WhatsAppVendors.lk is a directory and discovery platform. We connect shoppers with local vendors who sell directly over WhatsApp. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

All orders, negotiations, payments, and delivery arrangements happen directly between buyers and vendors in private WhatsApp conversations. WhatsAppVendors.lk does not handle payments, hold funds, facilitate returns, or resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any product listing, nor the ability of any vendor to complete a sale.

3. Vendor responsibilities

Vendors who list products on the Site agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful product descriptions and pricing in LKR.
• Fulfil orders they accept in a timely and honest manner.
• Comply with all applicable Sri Lankan laws and regulations.
• Maintain a valid, monitored WhatsApp number for customer contact.
• Not list items that fall under the Prohibited Items section below.
• Update or remove listings that are no longer available.

4. Prohibited items

The following may not be listed on WhatsAppVendors.lk:

• Illegal goods or services under Sri Lankan law.
• Counterfeit, pirated, or trademark-infringing products.
• Dangerous, hazardous, or unregulated controlled substances.
• Adult-only content or services.
• Financial instruments, securities, or investment products.
• Anything that facilitates fraud or deception.

We reserve the right to remove any listing and suspend any vendor that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

5. No warranty & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatsAppVendors.lk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any transaction conducted through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to the Site

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time; we will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
